Achane made our defense look like they were standing there in a daisy chain. It is wha5 it is.

Exactly! There were probably only 3 plays that DIDN'T cost us the game. Only a slight exaggeration

Why do we call it selfish. The guy has made the correct read all year. Watch the play. His read went down hard for the db. It just happened our te got a little shoulder on him and the back would have broken it. But it was a tough read and a good call on the defense. At the point of the mesh it looked like the rb would get blown up

I think those are the (3) most glaring bad plays of the game. I think we lost because we couldn’t stop the run. 215 yards by one guy on the ground. What are the chances you lose if your guy has that kind of night?

People who calm JD selfish are either psychotic, racist, or just plain stupid. Pick your poison.

I'll go as far to say that hasn't made a single read foe selfish reasons this year. People see what they want to see, and calling him selfish says more about you than him.

Why are people convinced Emery breaks that run if he’s given the ball there? A&M played that one perfectly. Emery broke through the line because he didn’t have the ball.

You have got to be kidding me

Definitely a bad read but the kid does not come off as a selfish “all about me type” at all…

Not really. Those three plays were difference makers. Did we deserve to win...no. Could we have with those three plays...sure.

Was the officiating shite...absolutely.

Was LSU clicking on all cylinders...no.

Did A&M’ best playmakers step up...yup.

Congrats to the Aggies.

Now...onto Georgia.

What cost us the game is 2020 & 2021, plain and simple. This team showed us all how much fight they had by beating some of the top teams in the nation. They have more heart, certainly than I gave them credit for, and I am so proud of what they've done this year, last night included.

What I see is a team that lacks depth, and a team that is tired. They are out of manpower, and the guys they've been relying on game in and game out are out of gas. You can see it along the lines in the run game and in the pass rush. You can see it in the poor tackling, and in dropped passes.

This season has been great, so take it for what it is. But also realize what you saw vs. Arkansas, who had just lost to Liberty, and now vs TAMU is real. They did great things, and they've given us a glimpse of what's to come. But the fact is LSU still needs more players, literally, they need more game ready bodies. Stop trashing the coaches and JD, and realize that it's a long season, and that given what LSU returned to start this year, they really have done a phenomenal job.

How about the PI on A&M that the refs mysteriously picked up the flag on?

JD is regressing. He is not a good passer. His running is great, and he is faster than anyone. Take that away and there are big problems. If he can't run, he is average at best.

The hold had no affect on the play, JD was 10 yds outside of the tackle box. If they were going to call ticky tack holding penalties then they very well could have called it on numerous A&M outside runs including the first touchdown.

This is the point.

The officials can call holding in EVERY play. They CHOSE to call it on us on a couple of plays that gave us momentum and seemed to never call it on A$M. This is the problem I have with the calls. It was inconsistent and only called on us when we were about to start rolling their D.

The Officials didn’t play like crap, we did, but the officials made sure we never found a groove.

They stopped our offense a lot, actually. We couldn’t stop their run game. Not letting the offense off the hook but blaming that debacle on 3 plays is pretty shallow analysis.

The 2 crucial drive killing drops by Lacy And the selfish bad read by Daniels resulting in a fumble scoop and score.
.

A few plays like that can happen in any game. Plus, Achane and Muhammad played lights out.

Overall, what’ll get you beat any week in the SEC is:
1. Not taking your opponent seriously - especially if they’re desperate for a win.
2. NO pressure on the QB.
3. Poor containment on the edge.
4. Your QB can’t consistently find receivers downfield.
