I had a baseball game that morning. I got home in time to watch the 9th inning.

I've seen this photo countless times and just now noticed the Miami fan in the upper left.

It was Jack Hunt? All this time I thought it was Warren Morris who hit the game winner...

I remember being at my in laws and my son and I were watching the game. When warren hit the homerun, I jumped pretty high for a white guy and jumped into the ceiling fan cutting my head and spilling my drink on my mother n laws carpet. What a moment in time.

I jumped up and hit my head on the ceiling. We didn't have high ceilings, but that was a few inches higher than normal.

Alex Cora has bounced back nicely since he was laying on the ground.

So freaking great. I'll never forget it. My dad, who is an immigrant, and knows nothing about baseball, was jumping up and down and hugging everyone in the room. I think I cried. Thank you, Warren Morris!

Seeing Morris using a Easton Reflex C-Core C405 Alloy still warms my heart. I had two Reflex Extended bats myself back in those days. Best metal bats of all time.

I was in the driveway cleaning the boat listening to Hawthorn make the call...
I went ballistic jumping around the boat...
wife and her friend thought I had fallen out of the boat...
where were you when it happened?...
it's easy for me to remember...

I was a student at LSU for that. Hard to believe in which seems like yesterday we dressed and looked like that in those pics.
