shoot at least do like they used to do for super regionals and divide the feeds...

both LA teams are in our regional so it shouldn't be an issue here

they'd have tough choices in other parts of the country though

I don't understand why they don't do regional coverage. I can't imagine pulling in many more viewers by putting a game on national TV.

Why go to the expense of putting a broadcast team at a location for a mere online broadcast? Makes no sense.

Money is still being made. Whether it's national or local advertisers, ESPN has more spots to sell even it is just 1 or 2 commercials per break.

This is a great way to grow the sport lol.

It's actually a hell of a lot better than it has been in the past, just not for LSU fans, because we are like the only market that is used to having regional games on cable TV.

Make sure the 3/4 switch in the back is matched with that on your tv and you should be good

Is the viewing at Pluckers on their large screens any good or are they at the mercy of the quality of the feed? I.e. is it worth a trip over to watch?

Definitely at mercy of the quality of the feed. GeauxZone feed is always excellent. I saw a college football game through the ESPN3 feed last fall and it wasn't perfect, but the quality was better any other option I could think of.

No one will be able to make me understand why ESPN can't sell the feed to CST or Jumbo Network for broadcast in Louisiana. No way they are making that much off of ads on ESPN3 to keep it exclusively on there. ESPN3 is lowgrade garbage at best.
