Is it possible that Alabama was stealing LSU’s offensive signals for the entire game?

It was widely known Bama brought in Gregg Williams to help stop the option. LSU was using the Saints facility.

LSU also didn’t change a single thing about its gameplan after the 9-6 win. Les was cocky enough to run it back and then didn’t change a thing at half.

Where can I find these reports?

Brent Venables is known for this.

The 2011 offense was average at best. The defense was dominant.

We were second in the SEC in scoring. We had a great rushing attack.

Did Nick Saban and Kirby Smart really need help stopping the option? It's not that complicated.

Thank god I was hadn’t made it out of my haze till TM punt return that brought me back to life. Missed that offensive first half. Having Georgia fans bark at me going to the bathroom was a fun experience.

We were pretty evenly matched teams. We barely slid by them in regular season, so didn’t change our game plan. They changed theirs drastically.

Plus, Lee should have seen the field.

Hey man, he had that TD in the SECCG, don't take that from him lol.

You're right, he had 1 TD. My apologies.

It’s not, but didn’t help bringing in another set of eyes to do so.

Thanks. Glad Ed O decided to switch up the signs.

With Jefferson at QB, how much was there to really figure out?

Jefferson was 2-0 vs Bama going into the 2011 championship game.

He sited a completely different instance of sign stealing (LINK ) which has nothing to do with that game.

I did not site that. Never seen that before ever.

I sited TD on Clemson stealing signals in 2019.

Venables was long rumored to be the biggest sign stealer in the game. We saw what happened with the in helmet this year

Remind me, how many points did we score in that win in Tuscaloosa?

More than LSU got in the championship game - but more importantly, more than Alabama.

Miles was the problem that game, not Jefferson.

It would be difficult to overstate just how awful Jordan Jefferson was.

This. Hell I was 21 and still told everyone we were going to lose because Les Miles will walk back in there and play the same damn offense that only scores 9 damn points. I was dead on. JJ being a putrid POS didn't help either. I still get pissed thinking about him making major blunders then look around at teammates like "wtf guys?!". He was such a jackass.
