Last season when Caleb Williams won by a larger margin than this, 152 voters left him off their ballot completely.

I feel like a higher percentage of TD posters wanted him benched for Nuss before the season started.

That’s the west coast.
I don't know about that...

Consider:

Voters only could choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

I would think every voter would see Daniels, Nix and Penix as the 3 main guys. Even the West Coast guys would.

But the #4 vote-getter was Marvin Harrison Jr, whose primary qualifications were that his dad was good, and he plays at Ohio State in the Big 10.

I wonder how many people with Harrison on the ballot also had Daniels; I bet it was a low percentage. Really low.

The amount of 1st place votes Jayden got yet it was so close tells you a ton of West coast figs voted him way down or not at all.

I'm actually surprised Penix and Nix didn't split more of their vote. Bo was nowhere close.

Because the only way to have west coast bias was Penix.

Turns out Jayden being on 90% of ballots is the 7th highest percentage of all time.

West Coast Politics.Look at all those nut politicians on the Left Coast. Bunch of clueless Nancy Pelosi’s out there. Congratulations t9 Jayden who overcame the bias.

I wonder if some voters just put a first place vote and left the rest blank. Not sure if that invalidates the ballot or what the rules are.

Not choosing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place means the ballot is disqualified, per the Heisman page.

What's the percentage of LSU fans that wanted Nuss over Jayden? Just think...a significant portion of our fan base wanted to bench a guy that would go on to win the heisman.

West coast homers trying to keep him out. There were not enough idiots doing that for it to work.

Oh dude I bought the hype when Nuss was slinging it vs UGA. But Jayden was a different animal this year. It was undeniable immediately and by Missouri if he didn't win everyone over then they were just fricking lieing to themselves.

I'll be the first to raise my hand and say I wish Jayden would push the ball down the field more last year.

This year the dude came out and just fricking killed it. I'm so happy to be wrong and glad I got to witness it man. Feels like yesterday that we only had 1 winner.

I hope Nuss wins it next year and we're QBU then.

That was my fear…

Posters kept talking about Nix and Penix splitting west coast vote.

My actual fear was west coast voters throwing them 1 and 2 and Jayden off their ballot. That’s the real fear.
