This is 100% Chambliss

Defense is definitely a let down right now, but Chambliss is playing out of his mind at the moment. They’d have 17 even if we were playing good. I’m more concerned about the offense.

He’s definitely the difference in this game. He was ineligible and if he wasn’t playing tonight LSU would be 3-0

As long as Chambliss stays healthy, this Ole Miss team will be fine. They’ll have the best player on the field most every week.

He is poised and has made some exceptional throws beating coverage. Yes, some have been too easy pitch and catches, but the guy has dropped some dimes in there too. He is reading the DEF VERY well, and knows exactly where he wants to go with the ball.

OUR DL MUST make him uncomfortable in the 2d half and we need to press with our coverage. If they beat it, they beat itt. Otherwise it is going to be a loooong 2d half.

Baker is giving him free access throws out the arse, and we needed CJ Jimcoily to cover Deuce Alexander on their final play. I don’t give Chambliss as much credit as you, but I do agree that he’s playing some good ball. If Ole Miss was playing the same passive defense that we are, Leavitt would have very similar numbers.

We are giving 12 yards of cushion on 3rd and 5.

Any decent QB would be successful with our scheme and lack of pass rush

Baker doesn’t even try to disguise what we are doing. 31 at star is like having another LB on the field. Go nickel with 8 and if they beat us running Lacy then so be it.
