Can someone tell me why we refuse to throw to green inside the 10 yard line on the pick six they had him playing in 3 point stance next to right tackle and blocking

Brown, who some thought may be WR1, cannot get open to save his life.
Watkins doesn't look for the ball half the time.
Lane and Weis loved back shoulder throws at OM but apparently we don't have anyone on the team who can do it.
