Nobody’s getting mad that this is the product of year one. We’re getting mad because of all the money that was spent putting this roster together.

I expect a little more. But yes, using the portal is risky. Not all players are great. The OM players have been great. Some others were just best available which wasn’t great.

The way college football is now with NIL and transfers, every year is now a year 1. We may as well get used to it.
