EPHESIANS 4:29 “Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.”
Third quarter the crowd noise was as loud as I’ve heard in recent years. We go ahead, all the momentum is ours, then the student section and others self start, without the band, a loud STTDB. Next thing Bama goes ahead and never looks back. I’m not a prophet and don’t claim to know the cause and effect, but I suspect God was not pleased.

People bitch about the piped in music but this is WHY it’s prevalent. The students and now generations of trashy LSU fans shout STTDB at any chance they get. Whether you are one of the trashdicks who likes it or not, the school administrators don’t like it. So don’t complain about the lack of band music when YOU are the reason for it

God is as real in the 21st century as He always was, and He's not pleased with a lot of things that are going on right now. What God chooses to influence is up to Him, but it's not debatable that people are displeasing God with that chant, among other things.

Whether people like it or not there’s families with children in the stadium. It’s out of line. I’m older now but used to go to games where I’d hear the occasional “dog shite” or “that son of a bitch” when I was kid. Nothing wrong with that. The STTDB is nothing but trash and vulgar non sense. Needs to be put to an end.

Oh bullshite. That's a lame excuse. They try to down out a mildly risque chant with music glorifying sex, drugs and violence. The real reason for the piped in music is groupthink by event managers all over the country. Everybody does it so that's the only way to do it. Nobody wants to think outside the box.
If no student uttered so much as a gol-darn it, there would still be piped in music.
