I think the offense is going to be good but frustrating. There isn’t an elite receiver on the team yet and the passing game isn’t efficient because of that. I think leavitt will be good enough ruining the ball to still keep the ball moving though. Offensive line and running game have been outstanding
Hard to tell with the defense. They have been lights out but Clemson is not a good offense. They’ve basically been playing almost exclusively going forward since Clemson has no downfield passing game.

I don’t care what Clemson is: putting 44 points in not even 3 full quarters on a top 30ish team is insane.

It’s too early to tell, but this could be a 7-5 type Clemson team. They have to play Miami, UNC, VaTech, FSU, GaTech, and Duke this season closing out with USCE. Every other game is highly winnable.

Clemson may not be great, but they still littered with 3-4 stars. They have legit athletes.
But things we know...defense is probably top 5 in the country.
Running game is super legit.
QB can pick up 10yds anytime he decides to.
Those 3 things gives you the upper hand in every game you play.

I watched the #2 Oregon ducks game earlier. I think Clemson would beat them. They didn't even look like a top ten team.

We are doing to Clemson what Tennessee did to the Furman Paladins, or any of the other cupcake games today. I’d say Clemson is a couple notches above Furman at least. So I feel like it’s both.

Both. Lsu is good and clemson is bad.

Tonight's game is a lot like LSU -- VaTech in 2007. As it turned out VaTech was really good that year in spite of their 7-47 beatdown by LSU. They won the ACC that year and were in the conversation for National Championship participant that year vs Ohio State, along with LSU, Georgia, and a couple of other teams. Although Clemson looks terrible tonight, I could visualize them having some success in a weak conference

Also dominant teams cause injuries to the other team in the second half there have been many Clemson players go down

Dabo is on his last legs at Clemson.
Our defense is absolutely filthy, and playing against an inferior offense.
Our offense has work to do, but I’m very optimistic. This is our first game in this scheme and it will take time to gel.
This will be a very dangerous team by October.
