I'm watching and thinking Lane please go for it, that was the game. Kentucky has zero TO's.

Last years Lane 100% does. This years Lane evidently isn’t confident enough.

Last year’s Lane had an offensive line.

Ill go out on a limb and say he will go for it until he feels that he has a defense that can stop an opposing teams offense.

This is why we wanted Lane so bad, big brass balls, Frick the OT, let's win or lose on. Big bold play

Last years lane knew he had a shitty defense. He thought he had a good defense this year.

I still wonder why we can’t do a QB sneak

just grab the QB and launch him over the top, but then you don’t get 30 seconds to move a stationary player.

At least have Jones take a direct snap with big boys pushing him from behind. Game over.

Then he’s a fricking idiot.

What part of the defense looked good tonight?

This is a call that both Lane Kiffin and myself will be thinking about on our death beds

If we go and don’t make it on 4th and one every person on here would say what an idiot. That lost the game for us.
I would have lines up and put someone in motion late to draw them off, what we did had zero chance to draw them offside.
Saban punts it there, so does Arnsparger; can’t give them the ball in FG range up only 3. However their defense would have pressured the QB.

Listening to Kiffin postgame speak about the 4th and 1 is just adding to the frustration. The reason is because he says if he was in OT and went 2nd he would’ve gone for 2 and the win too. SO WHY THE frick WOULD YOU RISK LOSING AND GO FOR IT FROM 3 YARDS OUT IN THAT SCENARIO YET TOO CHICKEN shite TO NOT GO FOR THE WIN FROM 1 YARD? Tf kind of sense does that make.

Is Kiffin mentally ill though? Someone mentioned he’s not happy unless he’s miserable. That makes a lot of sense. Is that why he has such a dramatic exit everywhere he goes. He went against his entire MO tonight too which is just as confusing

You could tell in Kiffin’s PC he’s regretting big time not going for it

If Watkins dives and/or reaches the ball out for an extra yard as he's going down on the play before that, the game is essentially over.
It would've taken some extra effort. The type of effort he doesn't play with. I don't think he even realized where he was in relation to the distance for the first down. I'm just unimpressed with him. He would not be my choice for a go-to guy at the end of a game.
Kenny Darby was impressive.
