I don’t disagree. Just pointing out a top running back has been signed the year after signing the number one back the year before

I'd rather him go far away if he doesnt come here but if I had to pick him to go to the lesser of the two evils I'd pick him to go to texas.

Sorry, he's not in LF7's league. I don't see a 5 star player, a very good 4 star, not a 5 at 0.998..NO!

Betting line says Texas right now. TAM will be there. He's got BR ties and we are the favorite school so we will always be mentioned. Watch Bama and UGA. He will have his choice. Depends what kind of kid he is. Is he a homebodied family kid or does he want to go away? Does he want to be a guy and share the load or does he want to be the guy and carry it? RBs are a different breed. They think long term more than some other positions in terms of wear and tear. If he wants to play right away, Texas then TAM. If he doesn't mind sharing and splitting touches, UGA Bama and LSU come into play more. See where his heads at.

Had a chance to coach this kid when he was 14. Very soft spoken but a beast on the field. Coached him in an Select All-star game at U of H. Crazy thing is our team was loaded. Had Hunter Dunn (QB), William Gardner (LB), Josh Bankhead (OT), Alex Brown (WR), Kevric Wiggins (DB), Kendal Taylor (RB), and others. We were stacked, but the opposing team was deeper.

Would love to have him but will be very hard to get him out of Texas.

Especially after landing 2 studs this year.

I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t go to a&m. Jimbo has a great track record with tailbacks and playing in the SEC is a big selling point

Johnathan Gray, Evans is slightly taller.

He'll stay close to home.

The Horn fans are optimistic they'll land him. We will see. I think we will get a quality back next year, regardless.

I'm optimistic the Horn fans will get a quality look at young Mr. Emery, this fall.....

This guy will be highly coveted. The way he runs reminds me of Dalvin Cook with how balanced he is and how quick he can accelerate. Getting him would get LSU back to the stable of backs we've been known for

He goes to a pro-LSU school. He's the best Texas RB since Adrian Peterson. We should put the full court press on and sell him on less wear and tear on his body. If he comes in and plays very well, he'll get his carries and be even more in demand for the NFL because he won't be worn down like Jimbo and Herman would do.

Evans just canceled his UOV to Clemson.

He has already been to Texas and LSU this past month. Both are having their Junior Days this week

I wonder if he will go anywhere this weekend.

Well they were optimistic they were getting Noah Cain this year until he ditched them for Penn State, so what do they know?
