I don’t think he actually signEd a LOI. I think he signed some kind of financial assistance paperwork. Not really sure what the difference is but I think it was something along those lines

You are mostly correct but forgetting the actual reason we were in hot water for a violation.
All the backstory of Womack signing papers with us, then visiting Bama and flipping is absolutely on point and I'm sure the contact was reported as well but the major violation was impermissable contact.
Since the Womacks assured us they were coming in and signed paperwork so Les went in home with him very early,Late October I think, so the flip generated a retroactive violation when at the time of the violation it wasn't a violation. Craziest interpretation of a rule I've ever seen.
Iirc, that was a 1 year rule that permitted kids to sign financial type paperwork with multiple schools concurrently with no repercussions or binds while at the same time binding the schools to the players. In short if you let a kid sign the paper then the school has to honor it but the kid doesn't, this being able to sign with multiple schools. They changed the rule the next year because of the absurdity that occured with us and Womack. The precursor to ESD which came a few years later.
Since Les visited Womack after he had signed paperwork with LSU and Bama we retroactively got burned for impermissable physical contact with a recruit. The normal violation of this rule would make the kid ineligible to attend your school.
Bama certainly orchestrated it with the Womacks. It was too obvious and such an easy way to get a school in trouble for a major violation.

I believe this but I will absolutely laugh my arse off if he does sign with LSU. Watching the posters on here slam the brakes and do a 180 might give us a case of whiplash!

Zach Evans says LSU is "still an option"
I guess he could leave Georgia via the transfer portal.
Georgia will have a stacked running back roster and amazing they can get that much talent.
White redshirt freshman 5 star
Cook soph 4 star very high 4 star 41 in country
KENNY MCINTOSH freshman 4 star top 200 player
Milton incoming freshman 5 star
Evans possible incoming freshman 5 star
Swift Junior most likely NFL 5 star
No way they can keep everyone happy

He said the school he signed with just had a freshmen play in the Super Bowl.
He means rookie and he’s referring to a Michel (who isn’t a very good pro imo but that’s not the point).

Yea. He said it’s bama, Georgia or us. It ain’t us. Don’t want a head case like that anyway. He’s gonna be one of those guys that gets there. Transfers. Maybe transfers again and no one remembers the name in 4 years. Good luck kid.
Edit- unless of course he comes here. Then he will be welcome with open arms ...
