It well known that paid recruiting sites cater to their subscribers and several are dominated by Gumps. I don’t give a shite what anyone claims or says that’s the real answer, they are not in recruiting business they are in the money making business and that’s the easiest way to do it

A 5* TE went to aTm, we got the 3*, who had the better year? Not even close. Everyone gets the same chance, it’s what you do with it.

Aaron Anderson ran a 10.77.

We really upgraded team speed this cycle.

I think one of the big metrics NFL teams are using now is overall team speed. I couldn’t upvote you twice, so I’ll just give you props this way.

It happens to most teams. The sites want drama for clicks and if a player commits early there is nothing to sell.

Is there a note of sarcasm here? These sites are in sales and marketing. A person might easily make a case that building and hyping bama is good for business. It would also pay to add a cinderella story year-in year-out and more click bait.

I agree that toviono should be but I think Sampson is the best Wr this cycle. I’ll go on record saying I bet he is the first Wr taken in the draft when his time comes in 3-4 years.

It’s simple as hell. There are two reasons. The first is that the sites are not in the business of rating kids correctly. They are in the business of driving traffic to their advertisers. To do this, the ratings must be fluid. If they stayed the same no one would keep looking.

The second is driven by the same as the first. They want to make money, and to do that they must keep costs low. So instead of spending a ton of money evaluating kids, they use the college staffs to do the work. The more prestigious the staff the more they will weight their offers. Right now, Georgia, Bama and Ohio are the most prestigious, so their signees will get ratings boosts.

I agree that Parker is underrated. He should be a high 4*. He’s the most polished wr commit that we have, but Shelton is and should be rated higher based on measurables alone. As it stands now, Jalen Brown is just a speedster. He’s got to put on weight and work on route running. Womack is a *5 and deservedly so. He may very well be a day one starter at Jack linebacker.

I love Parker. He will be an impact guy early on imo. I think, based on what I’ve seen, he has the makeup to be a tremendous leader too
