This dude is a dog and has that Boy from the Boot (Chase and Jefferson) mentality. Really like him.

Big congrats to Kryen, Kenny, and Kandace. Hes a big get for our program. Big bodied receiver who showed he can make explosive plays but can be big as a blocker in our run game that i believe we will be leaning on.

I think you are correct, G5 schools will be used by the P5 as areas to scout for players that were not properly evaluated coming out of HS and developed to legitimate P5 players who have an NFL draft grade. The Portal is College Free Agency

G5 schools will have to adapt, but they’ll have the advantage of being able to pull from multiple directions. — The FCS player that for whatever reason ended up @ a place like Nicholls or Southeastern but developed into a really solid player can move up to a G5, and the players with high expectations that get in trouble or screwed around and got kicked into the portal or off the team, can use a G5 school to refocus and prove themselves.

Agree 100%, everyone is going to have to adapt. Evolve or die, simple as that. Look at that FCS QB from that small Catholic School in San Antonio. Had all kinds of P5 Offers. I think he followed his HC who became OC at Washington State. So there are likely some FCS players that can move up and Play G5 and some P5 guys that can do down to G5. LSU WR A. Adams went to Akron in the MAC, for example.

Why didn’t we hire you as our new coach? I bet you know more than the entire staff combined about the game of football. What’s your offensive and defensive philosophy?

I have said this before in other threads, but it's crazy how pxrona is just allowed to trash LSU players. Thought that was frowned upon. Not that the quote is trashing, but other transfers he has not been as subtle.

Unfortunately it’s all BK can do right now. Are these guys going to win national championships, of course not. However it’s step 1 to address some needs. Build the wall and hopefully compete for nattys in a few years.

No, you’re right. We should just roll into next season with 30 or so scholarship players and the 18 or so high schoolers we signed and get fricking skull dragged by everyone because we have zero depth. That’s a brilliant plan.

It's 2 players bud. The best gauge is their offers in the portal. Players develop and get better and their stock goes up. But again, it's 2 players.
