it's pretty amazing that this family seems to be classy enough to not be interested in playing Saban's typical recruiting games.

they'll take the job placement and cars, sure, but they're not going to dick other schools and coaches over and i can respect that

Notice he did say right now, and if they’re any changes it’s something for him and his family to talk about

So he's going to pick LSU and put his family on the street with no home, no car, no job. Unless LSU will pay as much as Bama (I HOPE NOT!) would it make sense for him to go to LSU.

Yeah that sure sounds like a mortal lock. Did he release his top 5 right after this?

his brother's already a legend at Bama, and that's before he becomes their next Heisman winner and possibly delivers a second straight title. his family will never go wanting around them parts.

Take it for what it's worth, but it's not really a done deal for him to go to Bama. His family wasn't happy with the way Saban handled the Tua situation last year by starting Hurts all season. The rumors of Tua possibly transferring before this season were true, however Saban was able to mend things with Tua and his family.

Now Tua and his family are once again unhappy with Saban, but this time it's because of how Tua's knee situation has been handled. It's worse than what Saban lets on to be, yet he keeps putting Tua out there week after week.

Because of this there is a good chance that Tulia won't end up at Bama next season. Not saying it will be LSU, but don't be surprised when ends up somewhere other than Bama.

The knee situation is weird. He should not be playing at all. Not sour grapes from an LSU fan, but that knee is not going to get better when he keeps running out every week and getting hit in it

This. That was hardly a resounding "recommitment"

I didn't hear anything in that clip different than the status quo. There was certainly no re-affirmation.
