Unfortunately Will not come until after football season or even the under armour all American game

quote:

"I wanted to stay open until I make all my visits so I can make an informed decision. Maybe after the season or even at the (Under Armour) All-American Game (in January) is when I will make a decision.

quote:

"Nobody has been pressuring me for a commitment. They have all been really cool about it. I'm just looking to make the best decision for me. It would be nice to play with someone you know and trust, like (fellow Texas defensive backs) Ed (Paris) or Chris (Hardeman), but it isn't really a big factor."

Waiting is tough, but we've got Bealoved, Ed, Chris, a great track program at DBU.

"Hail! Hail! The gang's all here!"

Anywhere else would be a shocker.

I'm not too worried....he may just want to take in all of his visits.... but at the end of the day, I wouldn't be surprised if he is a silent already.

He mentions 2 committments from LSU team out of all the teams in the country!!! HE might as well had committed after saying that.

I was really hoping he would commit sooner rather than later. Bringing together this 2014 class is going to be a roller coaster ride until the end.

Good to see him enjoying the process.

All of this right here. Can't blame a kid for enjoying the process. You only get recruited once, so you might as well enjoy it until you get bored of it. At the end of the day though, he will be donning that P&G

Great to hear regardless if Tony Jr. even comes here. His dad means a lot to him and is always nice to see some good news.

Recruit speak. Every bit of that. He just wants his decision to be a surprise and try to throw off the scent.

You guys haven't learned recruitnik language yet?

I hate people that haven't learned it yet. Like everyone knows when a recruit says a school is their "dream school" it's true!!

Do you guys think these kids, the really top notch players, get pressure to not commit early from places like Rivals, ESPN, or Scout? I mean doesn't it sell a lot more subscriptions if the kids wait till NSD to decide?

Some "newbie to the SEC" fanbase still has not learned to identify recruitnik language and holds every favorable comment by a recruit about their program as affirmation of futute commitment to its program.

Absolutely. There are also some reporters out there for certain schools that will actively recruit players (which is against the rules).

2014 might be the best year for CB's EVER and I think TB is the best of them all. That says a lot. Watch the film of all of them and tell me why another CB looks better. What's crazy is that we might get 3/4 of them.

Comparing TB vs. PP7 and MC, he looks to be ahead of both of them at this stage. That also says alot given the awards that those 2 won in their last year at DBU. I see lots of coverage sacks in our future.

Brown is solid, obviously. But Paris was the prize DB out of Texas this year, in my opinion.

Paris is gonna be beastly on defense but I think Brown has a higher ceiling. I keep reading that his HS coaching wasn't spectacular and he is one of the fastest track stars in the country.

What I've learned about recruit speak in the years I have followed recruiting is that most guys are far more open than they say. Guys who are commited are often at least looking around a little, guys who say they have a leader are wide open and guys who say they are wide open are, well, the guys who are telling the truth.
