A starter and 2 backups?
If so, we not off to a great start. I understand there is a lot of time left but we can’t even sign a backup?

You absolutely need 3 QB’s, and probably even a 4th as a walk on scout QB. With 2, You’re one injury away from riding with one guy the whole season. This isn’t like the NFL where you can just pick up a guy in free agency mid season.

I would definitely have 3. There is just no way to foresee what might happen from an injury standpoint. This isn't the NFL where you can just pick up someone the next week.
