Seems pretty obvious by his actions the last few months he is doing everything he can to get 3 or 4 schools into a bidding war. He makes sure all schools feel like they have a chance. I love the kids talent but I could see his recruitment getting a little crazy a couple weeks before signing day. I will give him credit though either someone is guiding him or it's just in him to get as much as possible. Just my opinion though.

That’s what I believe he thought. Damn LSU got me and they still offering French & Lockett, then went to Texas and found out errybody Texas offers gets that kind of money, but LSU was making me their prize.

Chad Simmons from On3 mentioned Texas as the heavy favorite then Ohio State and Oregon.
He's still going to come back for a LSU visit but the dollars aren't going to match his other offers.

Let’s not forget a lot of these high end recruits are literally using NIL agents so a lot of this commitment and visit stuff is for leverage. It’s a negotiation now till signing day.
