MBB Portal Targets List

For anyone interested, here's the current full list of portal targets that the MBB program has reached out to so far. Obviously the list will grow as the offseason progresses. I was able to get the list from "ThePortalReport":

Any and I mean ANY one who can improve our shooting percentage would be an improvement. Crap our put back % alone was unacceptable.

We should be losing Hannibal, Baker, Dean, Wright, Cook, Wilkinson and Fountain?

Have to disagree here. Our shooting percentage was not bad this year, it was more than enough to win more games than we did. What killed us was turnovers, poor defense and getting out rebounded. I think the goal this portal should be to get a good, consistent ball handler and get some strength down low.

No insight here, just speculation, but I think his plan was to be done with school after this season. Him coming back and buying in would be cool though. Also think it might be worth mentioning... CMM might not want him back if he was a problem in the locker room.

Cam Carter to visit LSU Thursday according to my son who speaks to him. They played Middle School basketball together!

Yes, please. We need some toughness and rebounding down low. No more of these pushover Baker types that want to play on the perimeter. We need a Tshiebwe type dude that gets the ball back.

Wilkinson has another Covid year I believe. Though, he's a bench body at best. Injuries have plagued him the last 2 years.

Add the rebounding numbers for the forwards and centers. It will be another disappointing year if we can't rebound again.

Just added Terrence Edwards Jr. out of James Madison. Sunbelt player of the year. Would be a tough get, I expect many good schools to be reaching out. Has already heard from Creighton, Auburn, Tennessee and others.
