I see no from time to time around town. Pretty sure he just officially retired from basketball. He had been playing in Mexico and Italy for a while.

They already are changing the rules (5 for 5). This will be the last year you can sign internationals over 23. This is the main reason for the international focus. 5 for 5 won't be retroactive so he is taking advantage.

If they take a position this year that is significantly different than last year, it won't hold up in court. The rules haven't changed, their "guidance statements" are not how rules are adopted.
