Unfortunately for Wade, Hsu played four seasons at Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania, from 1999-2003, so he has no eligibility remaining. Unless, of course, he sues the NCAA for a fifth season, which has been granted to college athletes who began their careers in 2023 and not before.
Wow. Stray from hell lmao.

Good to see our local media has followed this team close enough to realize that Clark is now eligible.

If Niang is ineligible under the SEC rule then so is the Kentucky player Ousmane N'Diaye who was cleared by the NCAA in the last week. He voluntarily entered the NBA draft and never withdrew. The difference is he went undrafted in 2025.

Agreed. Niang shouldn't be punished just because he was drafted, while N'Diaye did not get drafted. If their actions were the same, then an external party's actions shouldn't punish one, and not the other. Either both are ineligible or neither should be.

Unless there is a stay on the injunction from the appellate court, then he should good to go.

Yeah waiting for Pat Forde to express his outrage at Bill Self over this one

This has to basically seal Niang as eligible.

Will Clark is 62 Years Old and his sport was Baseball, not Basketball, but I'm sure Wade can get a judge to declare him eligible for 26-27.

The SEC would literally sue us (again) if we signed this player. Yet Auburn has an international basketball player who stayed in the draft (did not withdraw) and was DRAFTED. NCAA approved him and he played Saturday for Auburn. Seemingly no repercussions from the SEC.

This guy is Class of 2021. So zero reason why he should be eligible, he doesn't meet qualifications for 5-for-5 or the old eligibility rules.

Lmao wait what. Didn't know that. Then are we only worried about Niang because he might have made so much money?

Niang should be fine. Dessert may be close on income. If there are any concerns on Levy, would think it’s age.

Yep. Already had 5 years. It's just a matter of time before he loses his temporary eligibility.

Kaufman's TRO is based on the NCAA's 5 for 5 rule. I don't think he'll win his case to get a 6th year, since the 5 for 5 eliminates the red shirt. You don't get 5 years plus a red shirt.
It won't help Niang, because Niang's case is against the SEC draft withdrawal rule, not the NCAA's 5 for 5 rule. The eligibility of Kentucky's N'Diaye is the one that should help Niang. The SEC's justification to give N'Diaye eligibility and not Niang is very weak.
