He spent 3 years at a community college, so his argument isn't half bad since he has only played 3 years of NCAA basketball. However, it's unlikely this survives the appeal process, and he will likely be ruled ineligible at some point during the season.

The NC State fans are in shambles and still think LSU is only going to have 6-7 players this season. Pear and Lane are going to ruin so many NC State and Ole Miss lives when the dust settles.

So, who's playing tomorrow in the exhibition? I don't know the rules for exhibitions, but other schools have been holding out players not cleared to play by the NCAA or by court order.
