The internationals are all pretty straight forward cases from what I understand. Wade is extremely confident about them being eligible just like he was Luis.

These would be slam dunk court cases IMO. They’ve let pro euros into the ncaa forever and decided on a whim to start enforcing this rule after all these players signed deals.
The problem is you can’t sue them until a ruling is made and they’re slow playing all of it. And at some point guys may panic and head back to Europe like this Utah player is doing.
