I’m not a fan of WWs coaching ,but I am a fan of the excitement he brings to the program.I will take that over what’s been going on the last 4 seasons. He will win and make runs every so often ,that’s all I want as a fan.Hopefully he has grown as an onfloor coach and wins it all.

What do you specifically not like about Wade's coaching?

Street ball for $1,000, Alex.

You went through alot of trouble to post a meaningless stat.

I can't speak for others on the rant, but to me, you sound completely genuine when you state that you're rooting for Wade to win a national title at LSU.
I just wish he'd run his program cleanly like Jay Wright did while winning it all.
In spite of the 2 year PROBATION PENALTY Wright received at Villanova from the NCAA in 2004. Everyone knows that was BS. Runs a clean program I've been told.
Here's a legit 100% true anecdote I can relate to you and others about Jay:
I was at a Boo Williams EYBL event in Hampton, VA (you were probably there also if you aren't full of prune juice about being an EYBL coach) a decade or so back and this lady was sitting next to us and screaming and waving "Coach Jay!!!"
Wright was down in the roped off coaches seating and responded quickly and apologetically: "I love ya, but I can't talk to you right now", and gave here the palms up "oh shucks" gesture.
I took that to mean that the recruiting calendar was in a period where the coaches could watch the players but not speak to them or their family.
So he knows how to appear clean in a public setting.
Just like all the other con men that win big in college basketball.

But I have to say I grew up with a Boo Williams, he was one of my best buddies on the playground. No joke.
Probably not original, but true story and brought back member berries.

Just ask drizz how many years it took to root out some of their BS narratives on the board. I might be giving them too much credit but I haven’t ruled out the possibility it’s the entire reason they do it.
They mask as LSU MBB fans for a while, but then gradually show that they are not.
I give you, alt26, and many - many, others - huge credit for outing them.
These people are not fans.

you have a problem!
Will Wade made LSU basketball hugely popular again and went 16-2 in the SEC his second year at the helm!
Salue the MF'n general or ban yourself from these conversations!!!!
Nah just a difference of opinion. He definitely put butts in the seats and that's worth something for sure.
Posted on 8/19/26 at 1:43 pm to JWill409
Was the 16-2 in conference play a fluke?
Posted on 8/19/26 at 1:55 pm to tigahlovah
A big arse nothing-burger.
What a horrible way to go through life with this logic.
"You can't win without cheating".
"It was ok for Will Wade to do something illegal, because everyone does it."
Yeah, a calling card code(that belonged to a non-coach) for long distance phone calls across 5 sports at Villanova that totaled roughly $5,800. That's definitely equivalent to a coach illegally paying players.
What a piece of work you are to try to align the two.
What do you think about Teddy Bridgewater?

The most bizarre aspect of the Will Wade haters is pretending he can’t grow, change, and adapt. It’s pretty wild to think Wade is only 43 considering his presence in college basketball for so long.
Many people didn’t think very highly of Lane Kiffin when he was 43.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is his 3 point defense and his teams mid defensive rebounding. I went back an averaged his teams 3 point defense percentage and his teams allow around 35-36% from 3. I do however like how aggressive his teams are at turning the other team over on d.

Former Florida PG Xaivian Lee plans to enter the transfer portal after a failed stint in the G League and a court ruling. Should we?

Absolutely possible. As of last year, it hasn't. That's why I remain hopeful.
