We do not have them all. But he is the one that is really tough because of his current contract. But working hard on it still. It’s us or nobody. Really proud that of all the programs we were the first to do it in the Euroleague because it is coming.

English is the "scientific language", I learned a long time ago. Google states that 80-90% of all scientific papers are published in English, no matter what country the research is done. My uncle, who was a Chemistry Department Head at a Big 10 university, used to travel worldwide, to Rome, etc for symposiums and seminars, to give presentations. He said everything pertinent was always in English, no matter where you were. That allowed universal discussion and sharing of knowledge.
Now extrapolating that to "big basketball"... the pinnacle remains the NBA for everyone. Someone posted Pitino coached in Greece 2 years. I doubt he speaks Greek fluently, and these guys hop all over each year. You might not be able to discuss poetry or philosophy with these guys, but I bet you anything basketball terminology is English.

Everybody except 1 is already committed. They just aren't releasing details until contract details are finalized as some of these guys have buyouts with other teams and/or still playing. The 1 guy not committed yet is Graves, he is still undecided between LSU or draft.

I think he is absolutely including Graves in his "7-8 rotation guys" remark. Meaning if he is on board we have 8, if not 7. With him on board, Wade is still trying to get 1 more player committed (as a 9th guy we are willing to pay) is the way I took his remarks about having 7-8 guys and wanting to about 9 total (that he doesnt have on board yet at all).
If we dont get Graves, he wil need to find 2 more guys; then the rest of the roster fillers
