Maybe like 10-15% of his innings were out of necessity.

Anyway, it was just an observation. It’s really not that interesting to discuss imo

Just looking through some realistic portal arms outside of Thomas Allen and Micah Worley. Have we been on the lefty from Lamar at all? Jarrett Williams. Nothing incredibly eye popping from a stats or stuff perspective but could be a good fit. I know the roster numbers are tight, especially with the draft unknowns, but I think we should add 1 lefty and 1 righty to be sure we have a few more somewhat experienced options on the pitching staff.

isn’t any good anyways, did we do it right Lester?

He’s very firmly a project. LSU adds several guys like him every year in the portal when they need them. Guys with his stuff are not a unicorn anymore.

So I have heard this 3 times. Armstrong, Moscona and Floyd/Mikedup. All said 19 recruits, after you subtract Christman.

I'm counting 23, without adding the JUCO.

I dismissed it, but this is 3 times I have heard this.

I would trust this board over those guys sadly.

Board and Armstrong. Mik’d Up can be a fun listen but they don’t know what they’re talking about numbers wise. Scone regurgitates what we say anyways.

This refers to Paz getting poached by Cain. Do you guys think that Jay being asleep at the wheel was really the case? I agree that Jay has talked up Paz a lot since the end of the season but wow A&M kept this pursuit on the lowdown. No doubt Kendall Rodgers helped by sitting on this story he knew about before he broke the news

That's interesting. I know alot of people were disappointed in Yorke, but I had very high hopes for Caraway. Something was off with him.

Caraway's idea of sliding into 2nd base is standing up. I forgot what team that was against, but I was over that guy as a player after that. I'm not Jomboy lip reading, but the camera went to JJ in the dugout as he turned to his assistant coach and said WTF was that with his arms out away from his body.

Caraway didn't play anymore.

I will have to listen Armstrong a second time but I will try to remember after the first listen.

Decommit coming from HS class that is coming. Somewhat highly rated.

Brown has a decent chance to return to school if doesn't land in two rounds. Brown did struggle some at SEC hitting off speed.

Logan Schmidt wants 5 million to sign.

There is a very good chance he gets it. There are some teams with a boatload of money they can move around. He's a top 3 lefty in a loaded HS lefty class, and I'm pretty sure he'll be 17 on draft day.

That's interesting. Did he hint at position?

He didn't mention the position.

I know there was some speculation about Weinstein on this thread. Makes sense.
