There was some speculation that we were on Santiago Garcia from Oregon, but until now there was no social following. Jordan is now on him.

Santiago Garcia, LHP, Oregon, SO, #445
4.20 ERA, 30 IP, 18H, 14ER, 19BB, 40K, 1.233 WHIP

All I know is I’m glad it’s Jay that has to manage this draft/portal situation and not me.

Draft can't get here fast enough. That is a lot of players to be on the fence about.

At least JJ won’t have a VonRosenberg/Colvin disaster the summer after a title

For multiple reasons. He's actually personally involved in the recruitment, he doesn't tell guys it's their privilege to talk to him, and he's prepared with back up plans if guys get what they're looking for.

lol. Yeah, ole Paul was on his high horse for a while after winning it all in 2009. The following season after the draft, he threw a public hissy fit when one of his signees came off of his $1.5M number to sign for $1.31M.

Haiden Leffew looks really good. Seems to be getting better and better. Dominating CCL right now. 15.9 K/9 in the ACC this season. Could be a major piece in bullpen.

Good to see Plog in the Northwoods. He only had one outing in the Cape and it didn't go well. I may go back and watch that game.

Project or someone, can you post the summer assignments for all the players again when you get a chance?

This is all I have right now:

John Pearson Lacrosse Northwoods
Daniel Harden Mahoning Valley MLB Draft League
Jake Brown Yarmouth-Dennis Cape Cod
Ashton Larson Chatham Cape Cod
Casan Evans Falmouth Cape Cod
Cade Arrambide Chatham Cape Cod
Zion Theophilus Mahoning Valley MLB Draft League
Miguel Sime Trenton MLB Draft League
Ethan Plog Green Bay Northwoods

I don't think Evans is going to pitch this summer, and Sime and Theophilus might be done with their assignments.

Also, my list is sorted by birthdate, with the exception of Plog, so John Pearson is older than everyone on the list under him.

Definitive. My buddy is in pretty close proximity to the players and has seen some pretty hefty payment receipts.

Wouldn't doubt it. He turned 21 very early in the season. West Monroe special.

That doesn't mean he has any idea what other schools are paying
