So what’s the outfield look like next year now? Curiel and Brown for sure. Maybe this ups the rerecruitment of Stanfield/Frey? I’m sure Reeves may get some reps out there to see if he can play in a corner outfield spot.

Question now becomes: Is Jay content with what we currently have in the OF/1B without him or are we looking for another in the portal. I wish DiMartini would've waited on committing until now

It seems like Kendall was so happy to type that one up.

I know we can't count on incoming guys until after the draft but if we get lucky they have a few incoming recruits who can probably contribute day 1.

I think Frey is gone but Stanfield may be back. We definitely need some right handed hitting options in the outfield.

If Serna's bat plays immediately like Arrambide's did then he could get OF reps to get his bat in the lineup and then get midweek reps at C. Probably not super likely but I would imagine he'd get at least a look there in the fall.

I don't think Serna is fast enough to play OF at the college level. More of a C/1B/3B kind of guy.

Daniel Harden, Mason Braun, William Patrick, Tanner Reaves, Jack Ruckert, Cade Arrambide, Eddie Yamin all capable of playing a corner outfield spot.

We haven’t seemed to be really heavy on any OF portal guys. Jay must be pretty high on that group to develop and reload. High enough to not guarantee Larson a spot at least.

Jack Ruckert,

Is he not projected to play INF? or do you think he moves to OF since SS is taken at the moment?

Hasn’t there been some talk of Fauske moving to the OF?

He can play anywhere on the field I think. Though he seems to not want to catch.

We're currently at 48/34 by my calculation. This is pre-draft, which will clear a lot up.
