To continue on Lach, I remember Doug Thompson being very impressed on the radio as well. The reaction from everyone was basically whoa, NDSU got them a dude who slipped through the cracks.

Is Brayden Simpson (transfer from High Point) on any of the top 250 lists? I’ve seen some reference to him being a draft risk but there’s not much acknowledgment of the fact there may be a real chance he doesn’t suit up for LSU in 2026. He’s a graduate senior so this would be his last year of negotiable leverage.
