Surely this will help us in recruiting. Saban didn’t give us many issues the last few cycles in LA, but that wasn’t always the case.

I think this will boost our high end OOS recruiting. That’s one area where we seemed to lose to Bama in consistently, but maybe that will begin to change.

Will this help us in AL and GA recruiting?

Our recruiting will be better, b/c Saban won't constantly be cock blocking the shite out of us.

He already got a CB to Auburn. Auburn has to be loving this even more than we are.

The whole SEC is partying tonight.

Do the kids that just signed with them get the same 30 day window to transfer out or are they stuck until spring?

High school signees are permitted to be released from their NLI under these circumstances.

I doubt this helps us in Bama or GA but it does further entrench BK in LA and really helps us rope off LA

Saban was relentless. The NCAA had to come with additional rules for conduct during dead periods because of Saban. There’s good recruiters and then there’s Saban. I believe his recruiting is what really put him on another level.

Unless they are EE's who attended class today, the first day of classes at Bama.

Can't hurt. Seems like Texas is the most recent in-state threat, but I don't mind Saban not there to poach players like Cam Robinson and Devonte Smith.

Most underrated state it will help LSU in is Mississippi. Especially the gulf coast area between Gulfport and Mobile Al. Before Saban that was a real good hot spot for players for LSU until he became Alabama’s coach.

Alabama hasn't gotten more than 1-2 players from Louisiana worth a shite in since like 2017.

LSU has done better in Michigan than Alabama as done in Louisiana.
