More-so, it's the Road games than Eugene temps in November / December.
Eugene, OR
Weather averages
Month____________High / Low(°F)_________Rain
October __________ 65° / 42°_____________8 days
November_________53° / 38°_____________14 days
December_________47° / 34°_____________14 days
14 days of rain sounds like a lot in November and December, but they usually are light rain compared to the rain seen in Louisiana.
The annual precipitation in Baton Rouge, LA is projected to remain about 58.8". Eugene's annual precipitation at 40.83".
On the front end of the schedule, Eugene would be one of the best places for summer practice and July through September dryness.
Oregon's new indoor practice facility broke ground in March and should be done by the time Stewart would report to campus:

I wouldnt want to play at Oregon because of constant cross country travel

For kids that might not have traveled much growing up, I don't see this as some big issue. They might see it as pretty cool.

And plus, he’s gonna sound better when he gets his shine on TV on Sundays when he gives that serious face and says “Jahkeem Stewart, the university of LSU.”

Its a pretty big burden on those family members who want to see him play. Flying to Oregon, California, Washington or (actual) Big Ten country every weekend would get old quick. Cant drive anywhere Oregon will play basically. Always going to be a flight.
By the way, there's ZERO direct flights im seeing from new orleans or baton rouge to eugene or Portland OR. Have fun with that.

As a college football player for a power 4 team youre going to travel a lot and see a lot of new places. But the expanded b10 is different. 5 games a year traveling across multiple time zones sounds exhausting

Dude should milk these schools for every dollar they’ll give him and his family. Just how the recruiting game works when you’re a 5 star at DL. Give them all hope they can land your signature so they keep shelling out the cash.

Good point but I could see Oregon moving the family out there and getting the parents some cushy jobs at the university. Hopefully, he's at LSU next year.

Everyone believes that Frank used his connections with this one to get him situated and well aware where he was going to transfer to.

They will offer him a nice NIL, and we will match it.

Click Bait and Tiger Bait should he go to the great northwest lol. It will not work out well for him if he doesn't play as a Tiger. History backs this up!

His recruitment was always going to heat up with conjecture once his officials started. I just wasn't expecting that until next year. All of these top guys will have a bunch of drama in the last couple weeks of the cycle when final offers start coming in from various teams, some more desperate than others. You have to trust Frank and Bo on this one if you're laying odds.

Lamar Brown Gong’s to LSU. He’s played more than 1 year of high school ball as well.

I know people say recruits don't care about that, but it doesn't seem like a coincidence.
They may give off a positive feeling following a visit with a game like this but that’s it. Recruits care about money, playing time, and for a 5 star being at a top program.

You idiots think Nike $ is not enough to lure LA prospects
It's Phil Knight giving his personal money, not Nike.
Nike is a publicly traded company.
Also, Phil Knight is 86 years old and his kids have no interest in Oregon sports, so this gravy train will not last forever.

I’m about finished reading about recruiting, and it’s more because of our chicken little fans more than the actual recruits. Y’all melt hook line and sinker and lose every time.

I don't believe Miami is pursuing him heavily. From what I've read, Texas, you guys and Oregon.

Oregon would be irrelevant if it weren’t for Nike lol
