Doesn’t seem like someone who would make an immediate impact for the pricetag. Not saying he’s not going to be a good player just saying as a freshman I don’t see him making a big splash. I could be totally wrong. Anyone else agree?

No he’s not. When he actually gets measured flat footed you’ll be backtracking. He’s the same height as the corners that guard him.

Amazing player. Absolutely not 5’11.

He’s legit Brutha, no other way to downplay this one. How much better can he get is the only real question here. Some of these kids peak physically at a young age and just dominate at the high school level but his skills will translate to any football field. It’s just a question of how good will he get in comparison to what he wants to be paid that your trying to weigh with this one.

Royal isn't Chase. Royal may develop into a good player, but Chase made his QB look good at times. When the ball was in the air his mindset was that's mine. I'll believe it when I see it, HS is different to where he's going.

It’s funny how players shrink when they don’t commit to lsu when y’all kept trying to add mythical weight to Harlem Berry every chance you got lol

The kid is going to be a good one. He has plenty enough size.

He is built almost like but can zip in and out when he runs with the ball out the backfield.

Outside of Jeremiah smith how many five star WRs can u name that are making huge impacts? Point is, there aren’t many 5 star WRs worth paying for. Half of them are busts or are barely meeting expectations.

If Easton had committed here are you questioning his size and 5 star value?

Winnie Watkins is 5-10 and Aaron Anderson 5-9. Plenty of shorter receivers have been successful at LSU.

Right

Kiffin is supposed to be 6'2"

I'd say legit 5'11" - 6' range for Royal

I watched the John Curtis Brother Martin game last night and was surprised he wasn't taller. Built more like a RB than a WR. In fact he looks like he could be a damn good running back.

Again , would love to have him. I’m just not gonna lose my mind it if a five star doesn’t commit to lsu. I’ve noticed a lot of five stars don’t live up to their hype.

Just look at how long and powerful his arms are compares to his body.

His movement skills are what you should be looking at. He moves with ease and just glides.

Easton Royal is a stud. Maybe he’s 5’9.5, maybe he’s 5’10, I really don’t care

Guy played in the UA all American game as a JR and was the best WR there. He’s made insane plays for brother Martin this year. Time will tell whether we made the right move not paying him, but we don’t have any type of game breaking WR and he has the potential to be elite
