Determine if Kyle Williams staying; if not name Orgeron DT coach; Recruits will know coach

Orgeron would be named DT coach and can become Recruiting Coordinator.
This way… DL recruits KNOW who will coach them as Baker walks out the door !!
I mean… without this move… do the DL recruits have any more information on Friday (decision day) than they had on Wednesday when they passed on making a decision .. as they wanted to know more about identity of defensive coaching staff.
I don’t think they Are keeping Frank Wilson unless they make him Special Teams Coach.
Need Orgeron to offset Frank Wilson if Frank goes to Ole Miss.

I feel pretty good about that LK is relaying all possible scenarios to them and is confident in what he is saying. He has a plan.

Orgeron had his shot at LSU. He was fired and left program in shambles. No thanks. He can go find a job elsewhere.

Rumor is… Kyle Williams will be leaving to spend more time with his family.
It’s not a simple case of just keeping Kyle Williams.
Cause… Does he even want to stay and coach anymore ??

Didn't the New Orleans HS head coaching block basically force O to hire Juluke when he became HC bc they were holding their recruits hostage? I'm not sure that hiring O would actually make any real difference for these NO guys. Besides, you can't force a guy like O on your next DC. There's a lot of guys that wouldn't want to work with someone with his past

Because Lane doesn’t want EO coaching the defensive line. Why tf do you think you know better than the coach we just paid 90 mil to?

Not sure if he wants to stay. Being a college position coach is a grind. Coaches do it because they plan on moving up the ranks and have to put in time. I think this was a bucket list for Williams and he has to either decide if he’s going to continue living the life of a position coach or enjoy NFL retirement money and spend time with the family. I’m guessing he leaves to be with the family.

Ya’ll do remember how Coach O lost the locker room, right? The whole BLM thing. He’s probably not the best choice for D line coach or recruiter. Just sayin!
Is KW is not retained, we need something new/a change.

I have seen about three people on this board post it but I have not heard or seen any mention of this from people in know. Where are you getting this from?
