no one in this thread had ever heard or cared about Chambliss this time last year

maybe, just maybe, trust the guys that did actually find him to know what they are doing?

Unfortunately I’m expecting the same with Lacy

Not only these, but many on here have expected Ole Miss’s OL to just magically come to LSU.

IMO one of the best things that was likely to happen if Chambliss transferred to LSU is the offensive dominos that would’ve fallen, including OL, WR and possibly RB.
I don’t see that happening now. There’s going to be quite a bit of pivoting going forward

What are people supposed to think? Especially, when we are told we are not going to be outbid and then the first substantial news is us getting outbid. Hell Lane and LSU is getting pushed around by the pansy arse coaches at Ole Miss and the assistants we just bought. It looks like we got another pilot sleeping in the damn cockpit with autopilot on.

Ole Miss has been an offensive juggernaut with a so-so defense. Explain how it was the DC all along.

LSU could not worry about Chambliss because 1. He wasn't in the portal and 2. if it looked certain he was going to LSU, no other top QB would come. You can't push your chips in for a guy that may not have a year of eligibility.
