Make a tackle on that screen pass and LSU wins...so, no. Not just the LT

Maybe the ref calling a hold on one of the two on the play would have negated that TD.

I think Cam ends up at LSU. In the end, you need to do what you heart tells you to do. Whether he goes to Bama or LSU or McNeese, he is going to be a first round pick if he puts the work in to be coupled with his God given abilities.

Alabama is admittedly on a great run right now. LSU is too. There is literally no reason, from a talent perspective that LSU cannot do exactly what Bama is doing.

Even with all of that said, there is a pride about representing the state to which you are from, to which your family is from and from which your children may come.

By going to LSU, Cam has the opportunity to be the center piece in the best recruiting class LSU has ever had, and that consists primarily of players from the state. Thirty years from now, when they return to celebrate the anniversary of their national title or titles, there will be pride in that not otherwise available for a Louisiana boy in another state.

I think that wins the day because Cam knows that he really cannot make a bad decision. It is a win/win either way for him. But, the one thing that is different is HOME. I have lived around the country and traveled around the world. There is no place like home.

Finally, if he chooses to leave this great state, I wish him the best, and everyone else should as well. I just don't see it happening though.

When he chooses Bama I wish him success at life, not at football. May he be a great brain surgeon or public defender or environmental scientist... but I think it's silly to pretend we wish him a great college football career when the opposite is true. It's football, it's a competitive game, it's unnecessary to life, and I don't like Cameron Robinson.

At some level I think you're just being honest. If CR commits to LSU all of Louisiana will consider him a native son made good and wish nothing but the best for him for the rest of his career. If he goes to Bama he's functionally a persona non grata to most football fans (at the very least)

Was listening to 104.5 and asked Mike D. about Cam. He said his feeling is Bama on what he heard. I am expecting this, but hope Cam picks LSU. If not, we will be fine, but will be a loss. Just gotta scoup up the other guys.

Well Hell....I guess I am not watching the announcement. Landon Collins did me in from watching all that fan fare bullcrap. Hope he comes to LSU though with the best recruiting haul in LSU history.

Surely everyone remembers this scenario playing out just 4 years ago.

Seantrell Henderson

Top player in the nation. From USC to Miami - once on a lifetime prospect - cant miss!!!

Well, guess what .... He/They/We missed - it happens, a lot!

Offensive linemen are so difficult to truly project when they start playing against other 4 and 5 star recruits.

This is true all of the top talent defectors lose the respect of Louisiana.
What I don't understand was people saying he was a LSU fan. How could any team much less a hated rival pull you away if LSU has been the elite team of the decade. Plus when they are recruiting top talent to keep them elite for years to come.

Something is fishy or he was never really a fan of LSU.

You miss the last 4 seasons? You're acting like he's deciding between LSU and Indiana.

Forrel though man...It's BAMA...No matter how much we hate it,they will continue to reel in big prospects...we just have to make sure not out of our state TOO much...If he goes there,so be it.I wish the kid the best of luck there except when they play us(Assuming that's where he goes)...But I'm not losing sleep over this. This is a new year and I expect big things from our team, starting tomorrow night!...with that said...

Dude alabama has been very good since 2009 we have been better across the decade. Plus you act like LSU ain't right there with them. We were 13-1 with a much harder schedule. We are no slouch dumbass

Les needs to patch things up with Sims and offer the guy. They really need to increase their presence in north la this fall. Even if it doesn't change Robinson's mind, you still have to pull out all stops to get this kid into the fold.

I am with you, I will not be watching the announcement. ESPN is going to run with it, how Bama came in a stole a native son and such a valuable recruit and how well Satan recruits and how they get who they want no matter who they are going up against blah, blah, blah. Don't want to hear it, don't want to see it. As far as I am concerned if he does pick Bama "bye don't the door hit you in the arse on the way out and you are now nothing but Tiga-bait."

That is what really shocks me, they have basically publicized how tight the two of them are and we didn't even offer Sims, just not very smart IMO.
