Sometimes I think tigerdroppings is mostly full of mouth breathers with the worst jokes I’ve ever heard

Then threads like yours give me a small glimmer of hope again

I heard the UN is opening a satellite office in BR. Looking into leasing office space in the LSU athletics admin facility.

How many translators will be on the bench? Assuming some speak English, most / many don't?

They only need to learn a few words like shoot, pass, block, zone, man, dribble, trap, bad, good, yes and no.

I would assume they all speak English. Two reasons: 1. most of the rest of the world is multilingual. English is the language commonly learned as a second or third language. 2. These guys have been playing on teams with international players. It would be common for English to be the language they use to communicate with each other.

They all speak and understand English. Some a bit better than others, but they all speak it just fine. It's only Americans that are naive to the fact many people in other countries are multi-lingual, with English being a common language.

For example, here is a video of LSU's latest commitment, Michael Ruzic. He's Croatian. See if you have trouble understanding him. Particularly the part at about the 1:20 mark when he says one of the NBA players he likes to watch and try to model his game after is a guy named Naz Reid? Who coached him in college again?
