I want Jacoby Matthews because he wants to be at LSU. The only hold up is his NIL money that his mom expects from the aTm sponsors.

There is no link. It's a culmination of message board, street and pay site info. It would be great if we could get a first hand account to the current sentiment between Matthews and his potential to transfer to LSU.
However in the scheme of things, it really does not matter what I think. It only matters what Matthews and the coaches think. I'm just a fan. I really want him at LSU because he is a very talented kid and can contribute to LSU at a high level.

There’s nothing inaccurate about what he said. Mathews wanted to go to LSU but money prevented that. The stories of him crying to Frank Wilson on signing day about going to A&M are also accurate. There’s no link to this. I heard these things straight from a coach at Ponchatoula.

I doubt it. Most current A&M commits are likely more pro-A&M than the most recent class, which means they actually want to be at A&M.
They're definitely a step behind in recruiting this year and it's obvious their NIL hijinks from the last class are playing a role in the current cycle.
