If he eliminated us from contention, then why is he coming visit? I’m not saying he will commit to us but it’s not over yet. He is still coming visit. Cmon man, just look at what’s happening and where he is visiting, we not eliminated yet. Sheesh.
- There are the not-so-rare of a 4* or 5* visits because of the venue and "just taking the 5"; those occur during and after the season. Not spring/summer.
So yeah, if he's visiting, he's interested. There's no doubt he likes Sumlin. But I have no doubt he likes us as a school. It's yet to be determined which one he likes more. TAMU and Brewster (among others) can keep the negative stuff going- it's counter-productive in this case IMHO.

He is visiting because LSU is where his 7 on 7 team is playing. Not like he is going out of his way to make a trip to LSU just to visit the coaches.

If they have watched the videos of Kardell's camps and how he manhandles top D-linemen, they will not come to LSU to recruit for other schools.

Thanks I’m trying. Lol what most fans forget is that les miles can’t even talk! I have no idea what he said ever. He can not talk in a coherent sentence. The man can not talk! He ate grass and couldn’t run a two minute offense because I think he couldn’t count! Lmao idk how that guy ever coached at LSU, the man can’t talk nor count to 10! Wtf?

Tried posting this on the main page, but it got whacked immediately. The Gunnell ship has not sailed on LSU yet. He's still maintaining contact with our staff, and still looking to visit this month. Possibly an off the radar visit like when his 7v7 team is at a tournament in South LA.

Damn, you are some kind of a dumba$$. If you want to prop up the Cookie Monster, then go ahead, but don't use a NC winning coach as a comparison. It only makes you look like a moron.

Well that’s not the finals. That’s the Elite 11 group of 24 QBs that go to LA to compete to be in the final group of the best 12 HS QBs in the nation. Awesome accomplishment by any standards but Gunnel did not make it to the Eilte 11 Finals. But we have one on the roster that did.

Yes it is. By definition, the finals is the last competitive event for the competition. Whether the result is one like the Superbowl, or 12 as it is in the weirdly named Elite11, is irrelevant.
