I have done so many outside things my whole life and I dont think I have ever been affected by poison ivy. I guess im not allergic to it.

This system works. The key is to apply before going to work. I've got a deal with Virginia creeper and this stuff keeps me from about dying.

I'm not allergic either. And I've got a ton of it in my densely forested yard. My parents were not allergic and there is a genetic link.

One saving grace, get the water going as hot as you can stand it to the touch. Then put one of your itchy rash spots under that water. It feels so good you may cum in your britches. Takes all of the itch out of it at once, also use this time to wash it with dawn dish soap it will help dry it out.

Can vouch for this. Gradually turn the water temp up. Once it feels euphoric that area won’t itch for hours. Usually needs hottest water setting.

Good for chigger bites and anything else causing itch. It works by activating and fully discharging chemicals in nerve endings. Settles them down until they recharge.

PI never bothered me until I got into it bad once. Super sensitive now. Wash with Tecnu immediately after any time I suspect contact.

Holy shite. I got it bad last year cutting fire wood. I knew it was covered in it but drank enough beer I did not shower that night. A few days later my forearms were covered. It was miserable. I was a dumbass. If I had showered that night I would have been fine.

I cover the rash with a generous amount of Caladryl (Calamine lotion with Benadryl) clear liquid & then use a hair dryer to really dry it up which is VITAL with this type of rash. Yes, the dryer gets hot on the skin but you have to find your tolerance level & hopefully you do it with enough sense not to actually burn your skin. You’ll know in a matter of seconds how far you need to hold the dryer away from your skin. I’ve done this many times over the years with great success usually after just one treatment & it’s never taken more than two. It only takes a few minutes to do it even with large areas to treat. I’ll never bother with getting shots, etc. again. This method genuinely works.

I haven’t had it in years, but the shot should help. I also would put a small amount of bleach in some water, then dab the spots with a cotton ball soaked in the bleach water. Helped to dry it out.

Got a tube of Zanfel. It has a grit in the paste to help with itching and get the drying medication into the rash.

Rubbing jack Daniel’s on it when it first appears helps me more than anything. You have to do it pretty regularly though.

I'll probably get poison ivy just by looking at that photo. I swear if I'm near poison ivy and the wind blows I'll get it.

That is a rough case of it man, I hate it for you.

I'm to the point where if I get it, even if it's a small amount, I go straight to quick care and get a steroid shot. I don't need that crap spreading and it takes forever to go away.

Had it a few weeks ago and it was only on my inner thigh and arse. I don't even know how that happens seeing as I usually don't work in my garden naked.

Can't say that I've had it on my dick though . Sorry bud.

Used to get it often. I stay far away from it now and don’t hunt out of a climber often but when I did the sap or what not from the dead vines would get everywhere I touched. Back if ears, rubbing eyes, and if I peed, my pecker.

Would just go straight to Dr for cortisone pack and shot.

About 25 years ago I got a tube of something at a wal mart. One application and it had it dry, went away so fast it left scars. They quit making it. Wish I could recall the name.

People typically get it on their forearms because they had it on their hands when they put their hands on the steering wheel.

I had it so bad as a kid I had my eyes almost swollen shut twice. We had to just bathe myself in calamine and oatmeal baths for like a week until it subsided. I'm hyper aware of it when in the woods these days. Every time I'm with my kids in the woods I'm pointing it out left and right. They've gotten little bits here and there, but nothing like I had. It's been years since I had it, but I was so allergic as a kid.

Good luck the rest of the way.

Suntan lotion before coming in contact helps prevent it. If I know I came in contact I’ll go wash my arms off with hot water and Dawn immediately after. I have a prescribed cream at the house that knocks it out with swiftness, though.

You may want to throw the clothes you were wearing at the time of contact. I had a buddy catch it 2-3x from wearing the shirt he got it in. No lie

This is the shite. I sometimes don't mind it just because of this aspect of it. I've also found that sometimes you can feel this sensation a little bit ahead of the actual rash forming.
