What’s weird is I can rep out 5x in a row of 350 plus or so in deadlift, but can only squat 1RM of 320. Seems strange to me.

I don’t know.

What I do know is when I stopped focusing on how much I could lift, I got bigger and stronger

Probably a very strong posterior chain and longer arms to where you’re starting at a higher point.

Bench? 1x BW?
Squat? 1.5x BW?
Deadlift? 1.75-2x BW?
OHP: 0.75x BW?

Thats all reasonable but I think better metrics for general well being is how well you are able to control your own body in space.

At least 5 full hang pullups
At least 15 full range of motion pushups
Should be able to do a full range of motion step up with full control on concentric and eccentric(no losing balance)

The bench one seems the easiest and was wondering if I could do that all the way into my 70s/80s.

Whereas the others may reach an age earlier than 80s that it may not be possible or risk injury.

I'm the opposite (I know most can squat more than bench). Just mean my bench is terrible. Always has been. Its mostly probably a mental thing but man I just can't do a flat bench press. Chest press I can do decently well but something about the barbell bench press and I lose all knowledge of how to use my muscles

The average American male weighs 200 pounds. Pipe dream to hope they bench that

Mingos numbers look realistic and attainable for our current population

Your body weight at least

BENCH/ CLEANS
50lbs over your BW(GOOD)
100lbs over your BW(GREAT)
150lbs over BW(AMAZING)

SQUAT/ DEAD LIFT
150 OVER(GOOD)
200 OVER(GREAT)
250 OVER(AMAZING)

Honestly, I think a good rule of thumb for most adult guys is being able to bench your own bodyweight, squat about one and a half times your weight, deadlift double your weight, and overhead press around three quarters of your bodyweight. I’ve found that hitting those numbers means you’ve got a solid foundation without being crazy strong or anything. It’s a good balance between strength and everyday functionality, and honestly, most people don’t come close to that unless they’ve trained a bit.

For health and longevity, all but maybe the bench press are total overkill. The average man doesn’t need to squat 300+ lbs

And for the record I can do everyone of the things you outlined.

IDK. For his numbers to yield a 300 lb squat, that means a person would have to be 200 lb. If a 200 lb guy isn't a complete lardass (i.e. lifts weight intentionally enough to justify weighing 200 lbs) I'd imagine a 300 lb squat would come pretty naturally. That said, most people have no business weighing 200 lbs. unless they're 6'2"+

Bench your bodyweight. Squat and deadlift bodyweight times 1.5.
