Curious what everyone else is good at / struggles with:

-Best - Easily triceps, permanent horseshoes over here, and then solid traps and abs

-Worst - Upper pecs, biceps relative to triceps, and calves are all pretty eh

I think I have a pretty decent yoke (traps, shoulders). My quads are pretty big. Gym bros compliment my lats quite a bit, too. The old lady who cleans the office tells me my arms are looking good once a week or so. I love her.

My calves are tiny, though. My nipples are too high so my chest doesn't look as big as it really is. I'm short so my trunk is too thick even when I'm lean. Even when I have visible abs I kind of look like I have a gut. It's a gut with abs on it but still frustrating.

My wife was telling me the other day that when I'm not going to the gym I think I'm the biggest dude around. Now that I've been consistent I've been acting like I'm a fat piece of sh*t. I guess I got a pretty bad case of body dysmorphia.

I don't think I've ever met a dude who was happy with the size of his calves.

Best - right below the waist

Worst - Right above the waist

But in all seriousness, I don't have the discipline to eat to get fully visible abs. I got skinny a few years ago, and could see 4 clearly defined, but even at 5'7" and 155 lbs, there was still skin and fat covering the bottom abs. So I started lifting again and have gained a good bit of muscle. And here we are with still a little cushion around them.

Best, probably quads/calves, and bi/tri. Worst, shoulders and traps.

Pretty sure after a few years my genetics are:
Best, shoulders and horseshoe triceps.
Worst, abs and quads.

Will Sasso? ??

I don’t mind my calves, but I was on a steady hiking diet as a kid. It was weird when the kid at self checkout at H-E-B complimented them. I wish it hadn’t been a 25 year old with a goatee, lol.

As for best, I think it’s my posture; it has all kinds of trickle down benefits. If that doesn’t qualify, it’s just the hammies. I obviously can’t see them, but even before I snapped one in 2006, probably the most reliable and resilient muscles I’ve got.
ETA: worst, the keg above my belt.

Best-Biceps easily. They’re the only thing I regularly get compliments on even accused of only doing biceps when in reality I only do them once a week lol.

Worst-Chest. No matter how much or what I do I can only bulk it up so much. It’s shaped fine, just not very thick.

I get compliments on my calves from the wife and others, but I think they are small.

This is a thread I can get behind

Shoulders based on looks are the best

Shoulders based on how they feel are the worst.

Best: above the nips, below the tip

Worst: all the in between

Long answer: 6’2”, ~280 w/ fat-free bw of 185. My legs are tree trunks and my untrained (or at least unprogrammed) calves get compliments all the time. Have pretty broad shoulders but I carry every bit of fat in my chest, stomach, and gunt area. Currently working on it. I will get there.

best- probably my core and upper back

worst- thin layer of generalized body fat- that I cannot seem to get toned up.

Calves, if the rest of body looked as good as my calves I'd be in good shape.

Best is calves and quads. They both always looked yoked and defined

Worst is chest. Not much mass on lower and middle chest, everything builds up near my shoulders or side(probably because shape of my ribcage)
