I used to watch a lot of Alan Thrall and Steve Cook.

Then I realized I was wasting my time watching Steve cook as it was just vlogs and it wasn’t really providing me anything except entertainment.

Athlean-X and Shredded Sports Science.

The latter is more about studies and how the body works(muscle fiber growth and whatnot.)

I'm a huge fan of Brian Alsruhe. He has videos on form, programming, conditioning and motivation.

If you're into powerlifting or squat, bench, dead, EliteFTS has a great channel. In strongman, Brian Shaw and Martins Licis have fun channels. AthleanX has a lot of good form stuff.

Alsruhe is by far my favorite, though.

Bro. The only fricking thing you need in your workout program is curls. No one cares about fricking deadlits or squats. #boom

Dude, my squats have gotten so much better because of his attention to detail. I have worked on hip mobility and ankle flexibility because of him. I combined his pointers with the teachings of Brian Alsruhe, and I feel like I have a nice looking squat. I’m not as strong as I could be, but I’m eating to lose fat.

Kinobody - Greg is a massive douche, but if you can sift through the BS you can find some good/motivating stuff

Philion/The Last Natural - to balance out Greg’s douchiness

Kali Muscle - for entertainment

Eric Bugenhagen - for the MINDSET!!!

AthleanX - to actually learn stuff, his programs are over-complicated trash though
