I HATE leg curls. Lying, sitting, makes no difference. I hate them.

Any workout that involves running.

crossfit workouts: not the program as a whole but murphy and fight gone bad.

I hated almost everything I did in Insanity. Mostly the mountain climbers though.

Just something about running in place feeling like you are going to puke ain't right.

They are pretty close to useless anyway. Stick to the big multi-joint lower body lifts.
