For me it is tennis elbow. Not a complete shutdown but annoying to have to reduce workload.

In the past lack of sleep has been the biggest bugaboo of mine but lately the sleep has been on point.

I think it’s my adderall script. I’m force feeding myself and pound for pound pretty damn strong, but gaining has been incredibly slow compared to normal.

Labrum in my shoulder got inflamed from mid December to mid January. Finally got back after it this week. Knocked down some of my 1RMs but I’ll work back up. Should be back where I was come April/May.

Plus a promotion and a 6 month month old has me busy as frick. Still getting after it, but dragging arse a bit more. Dialed in the diet though.

Comgramtz on the promotion and the baby.

I stopped working out in a gym a couple years ago after another herniated disk in low back. Self rehab and had to stop with heavy DL and high bar squats. Now it's just dumbells, bodyweight high reps and weighted vest walks everyday.

Gainz can still be had

Something is bothering me on the right side of my hip near the hip flexor, but no clue how it happened. Any sort of strain on it from squats (only on the way up) or even certain lifts on the bench where my hips are engaged makes it feel compromised which has me scared to even attempt those lifts. I think it’s the upper part of the tensor fasciae latae, but that’s just a guess based on this image.

Lack of sleep.

Fell asleep at 9:15 last night! Yay, right?

Woke up at 3:50.

Sure that’s about 6.5 hours, but I need 7.5 to feel good.
