I'm trying to see kind of where I stand. I'm starting to work more on strength, but total weight is a bit misleading, imo, because obviously a guy weighing 259 will do a lot more weight than a guy at 150. Mine are as follows at 5x5. I honestly don't know what my maxes are, but I feel like I have a decent estimate.

Bench: 1.2x bw
Deadlift: 1.68x bw
Squat: this is low. I don't do heavy squats really. I work legs more in circuits and stuff. Only about 1.2x bw.

I also do weighted chins with 25lb plate at 140 lbs.

Bench: 1.45 x BW.
Deadlift: 2.66 x BW.
Squat: 2.13 x BW.

Hopefully that explains why I started a thread on bench assistance exercises earlier.

These are working weights or maxes? At 180 that would be 480lbs on DL.

Maxes, sorry. I missed the 5x5 part of your post.

I don't do a lot of 5x5, but a 5 rep set for me would be:

Bench: 1.18 x BW.
Dead: 2.39 x BW.
Squat: 1.76 x BW.

I do more limit strength stuff, but I've hit 5 reps at those numbers. I don't exactly know how many sets I could keep that up for. Again, my bad about missing the 5 rep part.

5x5 stuff for me at 200lbs would be

Bench- 1.25 x bw
Deadlift- 1.9 x bw

Press- 0.75 x bw

Maxes would be

Bench- 1.45 x bw
deadlift- 2.125 x be

At 170 lbs:

Bench 1.9x
Deadlift 2.4x
Squat 2.1x

My squat is what I'm really trying to work on right now.

I could do 135 when I weighed 165, but it wasn't strict. More like s reverse power clean.

Seems like I have a serial downvoter.

My multipliers were not that outrageous.

This is basically a version of me. I'm 6'3, 190, and have long arms and legs. My bench/deadlift ratio is exactly what you would think it would be based on that.
