Poor.
I can squat more than I can dead lift. How unusual is that?

Depends how tall you are.
Wade Hooper is 5-3 165 and owns WR in squat around 850 or so at that BW, but his DL is sub 600.
Short arms + smaller hands (for hook grip) = a lower DL.

Depends on whether you're geared or raw too (when talking competitions). Geared lifters always have higher squats bc you get way more out of a suit on squat vs dead.
For this question, it also matters if you're going touch and go on bench or dead. My numbers are all paused, but I'm pretty sure I could eke some extra lbs out if I bounced.

Bench 1.4
Squat 2.0
Deadlifts 2.19
I don’t know if that means anything, but there ya go.

We had a 10 minute EMOM yesterday with 3 DLs AHAP. I struggled with 225. Had it been squats, I'm guessing I could have done 275 in that format with no problem at all. Something is not right.

1RM Numbers
Bench- 2.06x
Deadlift- 2.32x
Squat- 1.97x (yes, my squat sucks. I have been doing a form focus last 4-6 weeks)
