I did front squats. Then a little circuit of light dead lifts, barbell rows, bicep curls, tricep ext, and running.

Hack squats
3 plates per side, 3x6

Calf raises on leg press
3 plates each side 3x10

Let's just say I worked up an appetite

Took my preworkout this morning. But then my wife started cleaning the house, my 4 month old was fussing and my 3 year old was being an arse. Needless to say my workout didn't happen. Sometimes I wish I went to the gym instead of working out in the garage

We always build an obstacle course for TG. That is our workout. It gets pretty intense as my family is competitive as hell.
