Dude when we have to do those snatch split jerk deads...then do those jumps on those floating boxes. I get soooooo tired.

Who here agrees with me that crossfit is dangerous and there's more effective ways to workout that are less detrimental to health?

The ER has splotchy wifi. But I will keep checking in .I am trying to get this displaced fracture fixed up from my 562 lb jerk snatch this morning.

The 80 year old doing 200 was not so lucky. They just took her back to the home.

The only CrossFit related injury I’ve sustained is a sprained ankle. I tripped running away from all the pussy that was chasing me with this sexy CrossFit body.

But that's a weird label to put them under as those are transition movements for efficiency not as an exercise.

think of them as comparable to

strict press
push press
push jerk
