LOL at old people doing snatch and cleans and paying an "instructor" to make them run down a busy highway. I bet there is a ton of injuries doing these crazy exercise and most of the participants being out of shape.

The turnover rate of members has to be ridiculously high. Common sense goes directly out the window having grandma snatch and clean 200 pounds and jump on a non supportive 3ft high box WTF.

A structure that's not secured to floor.
Grandma jumps on it and it slides on floor causing serious injury. Some crossfit gyms stack 45 pound weights on top of each other and use it to jump on.

Go look at crissfit fails on youtube. Crazy accidents that could happen to anyone doing it.

The vast majority of “Crossfit” fails are not Crossfit FWIW

Only 1 out of 5 was actual Crossfit

The other 4 were Olympic lifting

It has some risks.

You are fairly ignorant and are not capable of a sensible conversation regarding these risks.
